In my school, ECHS we have a congregation of countless different ethnicities, cultures, and religions. The diversity of my school allows for a constant exchange of ideas between different people. I have learned more about different cultures during my time at ECHS than I have learned throughout my life. The diversity of ideas in ECHS has made a major contribution to our learning environment. When we have discussions in class, we all learn from each other more than I would have in my past learning environment. ECHS also offers an associate's degree to all students, which, while a challenging goal to achieve, would give me a boost in my pursuit of a bachelor's degree at a traditional four-year college. One thing I would love to see change is adding more athletic activities at school. As an Early College High School, my school has focused mainly on academics, and incorporating sports into our academics would be a huge help in further developing our already excellent learning environment.

LISD is a strong and well-organized school district, I have felt that over the years we are a very nice district. Sports are always booming with state finalists most years, the band programs are quite competitive as well. I think that the academics are strong with the teachers being of good quality. I think that the curriculum prepares you adequately for higher-level courses in college and allows you to know what you need in order to move on. I think that the biggest improvement district-wide that could be made is they update some of the classroom capabilities and resources instead of purchasing/building jumbotrons for the multiple football stadiums. It's not that the resources in the classroom are lacking or bad, it just seems that improving those would be a better use of the district's money. Overall the district is safe, well-funded, and very nice.

The school district is fortunate to have highly dedicated and passionate teachers who go above and beyond to ensure students' success. Students benefit from a supportive learning environment where their individual needs are recognized and addressed, allowing them to thrive both academically and socially. The safety and well-being of students are top priorities for the district, with proactive measures in place to create safe and welcoming school environments where students can focus on learning and growing.
