EXACT SAME PROBLEMS. Now I look forward to spending another day to schedule and wait for service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will not turn on half the time and water pours out the lower left side of the door if it does turn on. We have hardwood floors in the kitchen. We haven’t been able to use it. When I called to try and exchange it I was told that it is only warranted to return/ exchange for 30 days and in an unused condition How can you tell if it works if you don’t try to turn it on? They will be sending a technician out to look at it but no one immediately. So disappointed. I have no confidence in this product. We have alway had whirlpool products with complete satisfaction. We also just moved and replaced all the appliances with whirlpool products. We have been handwashing all of our dishes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mireya from Faulty unit or faulty design?? I've had this dishwasher for a month -A MONTH - and I have had to call Whirpool Warranty Service three times for the SAME issue. I am waiting for a tech to come back out as I type this because it takes days for a tech to make it to your home. The dishwasher will not run a full cycle. It starts to wash and at some point - it will just start beeping and the "light wash cycle" light will blink. I have opened it and still found the soap I placed in the soap receptacle - so that should tell you it is not even completing the wash portion of the cycle. Each time a tech comes out and "fixes" it only to have it do the same thing again the next time I run a dishwasher load. The last time the tech came out - he called the Whirpool tech line. He was told the blinking light was an error code for improper draining. So they left it at that and told me to have a plumber come fix the drain line connected to the garbage disposal so that it was "higher on the right side" and that would fix the issue. Did as I was told. Guess what? Still did the same thing! I realized in looking through the reviews that this is a common issue so I am guessing there is a fault in the design. For the pricepoint on this dishwasher - save yourself the trouble and get something else. Also - as other reviews have mentioned - poor design so there is not much room for dishes if you have a bigger family. Whirpool - I need a replacement or credit towards a new unit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Denise from Installation was a nightmare Installation took 3 visits from the installation team which took 10 days. After using the dishwasher 3 times, silverware and dishes were not dry at the end of the cycle. Also after third washing, a large bolt was found on the bottom of the dishwasher. Waiting to determine if service visit has corrected the problems.
