I’m not sure which forum fits this best but here we go.
somehow we came across a reference and photo of the Black Beetle. Does anyone know if someone has produced this interesting item?

If not, do any of you have suggestions on how to build one? In O Gauge I should say. I don’t have room for a real one on the property.

It looks like Lionel had one back in 2010. The product no. is 6-38401.
Put that number into Google and see if one's available.

Wow. Thanks for your research. I have googled it but don't see one available for sale. I'll keep looking though. I like some of these oddities.
